Salter Grange is recruiting an Electrical Supervisor to join a specialist Engineering Contractor on a high-profile, major Data Centre Development with an Electrical Package Value of over £100m in London.
Operating across the UK and Europe in the mission-critical sector and with turnover hitting £800m they are highly regarded and known for their strong Preconstruction Engineering, Project Management capabilities and smooth Project Delivery.
Ideally, the successful Electrical Supervisor will have experience in a similar role and supervised teams of minimum 30 electrical personnel and a proven track record in the Data Centre industry.
Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities:
To review, audit and monitor the implementation of the Project Quality plan and procedures and Liaise with the Auditing team.
To promote good quality through team training sessions and benchmark activities.
Implement a structured approach towards systems handover / project completion
Provide guidance on the implementation requirements.
To coordinate with the client on all quality related issues to ensure a consistent approach to client relationships and to investigate customer queries and complaints.
To review, audit and monitor the implementation of the Project Quality plan and procedures.
To manage the clients attendance at the agreed inspection and/or witness points in accordance with the project contract and handover programme.
To coordinate the handover of all Quality Records to the Client.
Electrical Supervisor Requirements:
Ability to manage subcontractors
Technical Understanding of Electrical systems
Data Centre experience preferable
