Represent pharmacy to the specialty and ensures pharmacy and medicines management are taken account of in the specialty's development plans and day-to-day operation.Plan and implement developments to the pharmacy service to the specialty.Act as a senior clinical pharmacist in various specialties.Represent pharmacy in relevant specialist networks, and in joint work with our locality Primary Care Trusts and other bodies at local or regional level.Line manage Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants, Trainee Pharmacists and Undergraduate Pharmacists seconded to the specialty for experience.Take full part in clinical/dispensary rota and bank holidays duties.Deliver a high-quality specialist clinical pharmacy service, with a strong emphasis on support to develop leadership and mentoring skills to the next level.
