Strategic Partner Consultant, SPCG, EMEA Partner Core
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
Amazon Web Services is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to partner with our top-tier Partners and guide them through transformative cloud adoption.
Leverage your financial modeling and ROI quantification skills to build compelling business cases that demonstrate the tangible value of cloud migration and transformation.
- Design and facilitate interactive workshops that drive specific outcomes, such as new service ideation, cost optimization, organizational change management, and the development of profitable AWS service offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AWS sales, marketing, product, and operational teams to develop tailored transformation roadmaps and execute flawless partner engagements.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new collaboration and growth opportunities between AWS and our partners, exploring emerging trends, technologies, and customer demands.
- Interface with internal leadership and external CxO-level stakeholders, earning their trust and securing executive-level buy-in and support for strategic initiatives.

You will also collaborate cross-functionally with AWS sales, marketing, product, and operational teams to develop tailored transformation roadmaps and execute flawless partner engagements. Regularly preparing and presenting business reviews to senior leadership, you will communicate market realities, partner needs, and your strategic recommendations, earning the trust and support of CxO-level stakeholders, both internally and externally. Driven by a passion for innovation and a relentless pursuit of growth, you will also conduct in-depth market research to identify new collaboration opportunities between AWS and our partners, exploring emerging trends, technologies, and customer demands.

Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience with technology transformation initiatives
- Executive level facilitator experience, identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Big 4 Management Consulting experience or equivalent with PE / VC / Strategic advisory firms
