Credit Controller
Contract: Full time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm
We are a South East London based air conditioning company; founded in 2013, who has grown by focusing on building strong relationships with their customers.
We are the go-to company for air conditioning in London, offering all-round services to cool and warm your building as required.
We are a very friendly and welcoming team and we now have an opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller or Finance Assistant to join us, taking care of supplier payments, bank reconciliations, cash flow and credit control.
Main Responsibilities of our Credit Controller:
* Completing weekly bank reconciliations for 3 separate bank accounts.
* Managing and collecting debts from company debtors (credit control).
* Setting up terms of credit and onboarding new clients.
* Posting the company credit card on a monthly basis.
Previous experience in a similar credit control, accounts assistant role is essential.
* Experience of working with Xero accounting software.
* Strong IT skills, such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
* Working towards or having achieved an AAT qualification or equivalent.
20 days annual paid holiday + 8 days bank holidays
* Company pension after successful completion of probation
