Quality Advisor – Inside IR35

Job Title: Quality Advisor – HVDC- Renewable Energy

Location: Norwich

Type: Contract (11 months)

We are seeking a Quality Advisor to join our client on a HVDC project in Norwich. As a Quality Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the execution and integrity management of the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in regular quality meetings with contractor and package representatives.
  • Deliver quality presentations during kick-off meetings.
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections and site audits to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Monitor and analyse trends in quality KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead investigations into quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with technical authorities to align processes with quality requirements.
  • Travel to other sites when required

Requirements:

  • Have relevant Quality qualifications
  • Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in quality management, preferably within relevant industries.
  • Demonstrate expertise in projects and operations quality management.
  • Display a solid understanding of ISO 9001 Series standards.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite

Logistics:

  • Start date: June
  • This is an onsite position
  • Inside IR35
  • Rate is negotiable depending on experience
