Ensure team performance aligns with KPIs and provide backup support for other payroll managers when needed.
Supervise adherence to client policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements regarding deadlines, security, etc.
Assist the team with intricate queries, advanced payroll tasks, and process enhancements.
Initiate small-scale projects to improve payroll functions and contribute to recruitment efforts. Essential experience in either bureau or client settings.
Proficient in payroll systems operation.
