Job Title: Senior Front End Developer

Location: Berkshire – hybrid

Salary: £70-85K bonus.

Our client, a leading technology company looking for a Front End Developer to join their busy, growing, and successful team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects.

Position Overview: The Front End Developer will be a hands-on role, and you will have a at least 2+ years of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 or CSS.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Experience of frontend frameworks and libraries, in particular React.js
  • .Net experience in particular is required for this role
  • Experience in source control, in particular Git
  • Experience working within an Agile environment

Desirable:

  • Server side web development experience, in particular in c# or PHP
  • OWASP ASVS or equivalent application security standards
  • Knowledge of Web Accessibility Content Guidelines (WCAG)
  • Docker and Kubernetes
  • Cypress, Jest, React Testing Library or Selenium Web Driver

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write code in TypeScript or JavaScript, with appropriate frameworks such as React.js
  • Design the architecture of new application components and achieve internal sign off for development specifications where required
  • Work within an Agile team
  • Perform ongoing maintenance or upgrade of the platform as required
