As Lead Agile Delivery Manager, you'll provide strong agile leadership of complex scaled programs with multiple stakeholders. You will be responsible for designing and orchestrating area-wide delivery, optimising workflows, and implementing new processes and techniques to deliver successful outcomes at scale. You know how to build consensus across different services and products and how to mediate between teams to achieve successful outcomes. You'll will have great understanding of the lifecycle of product development and able to lead, plan and implement in each phase. It's a big important role for us so you'll also need all your commercial and financial acumen, and negotiation and influencing skills. What skills, knowledge and experience will you need? You'll have a track record of delivering large scale digital services at pace in complex agile environments involving multiple delivery teams and stakeholders. Exemplary leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high performing teams and influence diverse stakeholder groups Being an agile advocate, coaching and leading teams in agile practices and principles Having a proactive approach to developing capability in the organisation Creating a culture of healthy, psychologically safe, innovative, sustainable teams. Experience of procuring and managing external suppliers, driving value and performance to achieve outcomes Strong communication skills able to influence at all levels of an organisation. Details. Wages. Perks. You'll join us in our digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle-upon-Tyne or Sheffield. We also have all the tools and tech we need to enable our people to work flexibly. We work a hybrid model, so you can expect to be in the office some of the time and at home some of the time. In return for your skills, we offer competitive pay between £69,869 to £89,995. You'll be eligible for a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions of 28.97%, worth up to £22,500 a year. You'll also generous leave package starting at 26 days, rising to 31 days, plus all the usual bank holidays, and the option to take extra days off on flexi leave.
