WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Running your own EC&I Desk, whilst leading a team of 2
  • Collaborate with international hiring teams to understand their global staffing requirements and formulate strategic recruitment plans.
  • Source, engage, and recruit top-tier talent
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Oversee the entire 360-degree recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and their global teams.
  • Serve as the authority on industry trends, emerging talents, and global recruitment best practices.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Proven track record of winning business and lead generation
  • Experience in contract recruitment across any STEM background
  • Strong understanding of the engineering sector and its talent landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
