Are you ready to write your next chapter? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Process Analyst to join our Alternative Payments Reconciliations team. About The Team The team is responsible for the Reconciliation of all Worldpay UK bank accounts and internal / external account transfers of Worldpay funds. The Reconciliations Data Specialist will be an subject matter expert within our Alternative Payments Reconciliation team, leading on risk and control activities, internal operations issues and escalations, representing the team on incident management calls. The purpose of the role is to mitigating any risk with root cause analysis, maintaining up-to-date team training, tracking and analyzing daily KPIs, and working with the team lead to ensure feedback and development for team members. The SME is also responsible for team training accreditation and ensuring operational smoothness within the reconciliations team. What You’ll Own As The Reconciliations Data Specialist Reconciliation & Reporting - Complex reconciliation, aged item investigations and month end reporting. Drive Process Improvement & Automation - Identify and implement process efficiencies from design through to completion. Incident & Audit Management - Raise and follow up on technical incidents to ensure resolution. Change support - Input into impact assessments and design requirements for WPAP Treasury projects. Risk & Control - Track and report MI related to risk and control. Develop KPI and product analysis within the team to enable stakeholder reporting packs. Review and maintain SOPs for all processes on a quarterly basis. Ensure robust risk management practices are embedded across all activities. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to determine underlying drivers of aged breaks. What You’ll Bring Deep understanding of reconciliation processes. Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and MI reporting. Proven ability to lead projects and drive operational change. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in audit management and incident resolution. Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
