We are looking for a full time, Level 3 or above qualified Room Leaders for our Baby and Toddler rooms. You'll be joining our Bright Horizons Windsor Day Nursery situated in Windsor, located just outside Windsor town centre, 5 minutes from the M4 and close to Windsor Riverside and Central Train Stations.

The beautiful 80-place setting features 4 spacious rooms, all well-resourced with natural and handmade resources and furniture, as well as a great garden area where the children enjoy growing flowers and fruits this nursery is proudly Ofsted rated 'Good'.

* Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
* Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas

*What we’re looking for*
* Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
* Previous experience working within an Early Years setting - ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar
* Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
* Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
* Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
