Publica is seeking an experienced Senior Electoral Services Officer to join our team and assist West Oxfordshire District Council in ensuring the smooth running of elections, election registration, and associated activities. Apply a high level of expert knowledge within the area of elections, referendums, and electoral registration to manage sensitive, open-ended, and complex case or project-based work.
Utilise election management software and systems effectively to ensure accurate and efficient processes.
Analyse and interpret complex data and information related to elections and voting patterns.
Assist with the recruitment and training for all election staff appointment by the Returning Officer
Have a can-do attitude, and to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak election periods.
Ultimately we are looking for an experienced Senior Electoral Services Officer but we would also welcome applications from candidates looking to step up in their career. Fundamentally, we want to give you the tools to support you, harness your potential and grow within your role long term
Experience of being involved in continuously improving services and developing products to meet customer need
Ability to travel
