  • Achieving sales targets and profitability by delivering excellent customer service
  • Day to day management of the sales office team ensuring the department operates smoothly, efficiently and effectively in line with company values
  • Analysing sales performance, identifying trends and tracking performance against key metrics
  • Making data-driven recommendations for change, improvement and growth across the sales function
  • Collaborating with marketing and the wider team on sales lead generation and business development
  • Providing support, direction and management of the sales office team, ensuring that processes and procedures are followed
  • Support the sales office team with all sales related enquiries including product availability and lead-time, pricing and logistics queries
