Job Title : Robotic Clinical Specialist

Location : London, UK

About the Role : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Application Specialist to support the growth and implementation of a cutting-edge surgical robotic platform. Initially, you will focus on the London area, with the potential to expand your coverage across the UK as installations increase.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide expert clinical support for the new surgical robotic platform.
  • Assist in the setup and operation of the robotic system in operating rooms (OR).
  • Educate and train surgical teams on the use and benefits of the robotic platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the robotic system during surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and system optimization.

Requirements :

  • Experience as a Surgical Account Manager or in clinical support.
  • Proficiency in operating within an OR environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex surgical techniques.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
