From education to commercial, retail to refurbishment, they tackle projects of varying scales and complexities, offering a stimulating environment.

The Role

As an integral member of the team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their success. You'll collaborate closely with like-minded people, driving projects forward with precision and expertise. Your responsibilities will include producing Bills of Quantities, tender pricing, subcontractor management, and more. Whether you're a seasoned Estimator already, or carrying out some estimating activity within your construction role looking to advance your estimating knowledge with some support, this could perhaps be an opportunity for you to consider.

This role offers ample opportunities for career development, with potential pathways leading to a Preconstruction Manager's role. There will also be opportunity to choose your preferred estimating software.

Experience Required

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of construction industry experience, particularly in pricing refurbishment projects up to £5 million. However, candidates already working in the construction industry who estimate as part of their current role may also be a potential fit.
