We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEMH) to join our team in Corby. The successful candidate will work closely with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing tailored support to facilitate their learning and development.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to the academic and social-emotional growth of students.
Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to address the diverse needs of students.
Previous experience working with students with SEN/SEMH needs is highly desirable.
Competitive salary range of £85-100 per day.
