Billing Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-orientated Billing Analyst to deliver accurate, timely billing for telecoms and IT services on behalf of our clients. Acting as an extension of their billing department, you’ll ensure invoices are spot-on, fraud checks are completed, and customers receive first-class support. Please note, this role is fixed term for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave. What You'll Be Doing Own the billing process for nominated customers. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checks. Monitor fraud and manage billing periods. Provide expert support on our aBILLity and Eclipse platforms. Advise customers on improving profitability. Maintain exceptional customer service and meet SLAs. Your Experience Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
