Executive Assistant and Internal Communications Lead (Sales)

This dual role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can provide executive-level support to the SVP of Sales while also leading and managing internal communications strategies to the global Sales teams. Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and expense reporting.
# Collaborate with Employee Success, Sales Enablement, Sales Incentives and other departments to support employee engagement initiatives and enhance company culture.
# Coordinate and support company events, town halls, and other internal functions.
# Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the executive team.

Previous experience creating internal communication initiatives, ideally within a Sales organisation.
