Zachary Daniels are delighted to be supporting this rapidly growing retailer with the appointment of an E-commerce Manager. A business experiencing rapid growth and in need of an E-commerce expert to lead them digitally on this exciting journey.
In the position of E-commerce Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the online customer experience and sales of the platform.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage all online activities related to sales, conversion, A/B testing, and reporting.
- Develop and enhance digital platforms to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Implement eCommerce strategies to improve website performance.
- Create and own the trading calendar for the UK website, App, and Marketplaces to align with seasonal marketing plans.
- Collaborate with the Head of eCommerce & Marketing to progress website merchandising strategies, including personalization and targeting.
- Research product merchandising technology to improve onsite merchandising efficiency and website conversion.
- Lead merchandising testing and optimization for all website sales touchpoints, such as recommendation zones and category sorting rules.
To be considered for the position of Ecommerce Manager - you will offer a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, within D2C retail.
