NEW PRODUCTION ENGINEER BASED IN ANDOVER. Our client based in Andover, Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex PCBA's for a range of industries like automotive, industrial and medical. We are searching for a Production Engineer to join our clients dynamic team in Andover. This is a hands-on role supporting production, engineering, and new product introduction (NPI) through technical leadership and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities as a Production Engineer in Andover. Provide technical support to production and engineering teams. Lead product validation and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Troubleshoot technical issues and support root cause analysis. Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and waste reduction. Develop and improve production processes, SOPs, and engineering documentation. Requirements as a Production Engineer in Andover. Formal qualification in an engineering discipline (ideally electronics), or equivalent hands-on experience.
