The Role:
  • Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial properties.
  • Carrying out sampling of materials that are suspected to have asbestos in them.
  • Correctly bagging and labelling materials with suspected asbestos, prior to sending to the laboratory for analysis.
  • Carrying out work in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
  • Producing comprehensive reports on site using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
  • Undertaking re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
