Our client, an innovative and fast-growing player in the digital asset management space, is seeking a Sales Director to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a cutting-edge company that provide their clients with a platform that allows users to safely manage, access and control their digital asset portfolios.
Having built a strong customer base of payments providers, exchanges and asset managers, they now seek a sales director to spearhead their growth.
This person will spend their first year scaling new customer sales in the key target markets. Alongside this the successful candidate will shape commercial strategy and lay the foundations for the recruitment of a sales team to come on-board.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fintech or blockchain technology, with the ability to drive growth, win new business customers in key target markets and help develop sales strategies that can be executed at scale.
Whilst an SDR function will be a part of the commercial team, the successful candidate will be expected to create their own opportunities immediately.
Represent state-of-the-art solutions in the digital asset space.

Earn Generously : Competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and equity options.
Lead business development activities across EMEA, targeting SMEs, enterprises, and regulated institutions.
Commercial leadership experience (desired)
~2+ years in in fintech or blockchain sales

Competitive base salary (£100,000-£120,000) + uncapped commission.
