Your New CompanyA well-established architectural practice in Market Harborough is seeking an Architect to join their team. This practice is known for delivering innovative, sustainable, and client-focused design solutions. You will be joining a team of 20, where you will get the chance to work within a number of different sectors as this practice has an interesting and varied portfolio. Your New RoleAs an Architect, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for: Leading and supporting the design and delivery of projects across varied sectors. Developing creative, sustainable design concepts and producing high-quality technical documentation. Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Conducting site inspections and overseeing construction phases to maintain design integrity. Managing project programmes, budgets, and resources effectively. What You'll Need to Succeed ARB registered Architect (or equivalent). Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD and BIM workflows. Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for high-quality work. What You'll Get in Return £35,000 to £45,000 annual salary, paid monthly. 25 days annual leave + statutory public holidays. Company mobile phone provided, with reasonable personal use permitted. Standard hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-4:00pm Friday (with 30-minute unpaid lunch break). Hybrid working: minimum 3 days per week in the office post-probation. 6-month probationary period with performance reviews and confirmation upon satisfactory completion.
