Job Title Sales Enablement Specialist Job Description The purpose of this role is to support the Sales Enablement and Sales Operation function proactively driving data analytics and insights that will shape strategic conversations and support around approaches to coaching, skills programs, product training and the onboarding program framework. The role focuses on strengthening functional capability and competence across the sales organization but also within a specific regional domain. By close partnering and consulting, this role will bring a greater understanding to the function of the critical capabilities it needs to strategically build and strengthen so that a high performing level of performance and result is achieved. The role will combine strong consulting for solutions with outstanding coaching delivery. Key Responsibilities Key accountabilities and decision ownership: (8 or 10 max)
• Working alongside key stakeholders within and outside core function on data analytics and insights that align with skills programs , training deliverables and operational outcomes
• Provide data led insight to consult with the Sales Enablement Program Managers and operational function leaders in 4 key areas – Direct Sales, Accountant’s Division, Medium Direct & Medium Indirect around current and future enablement support that drives business improvement
• Lead from the front combining data, Program Manager expertise and global Sales Excellence frameworks to drive proactive Enablement interventions across all direct and indirect Operational areas of the business.
• Shaping content development, coaching and facilitation skills with a global framework viewpoint to ensure best practice across the wider team.
• Development of the product training curriculum, establishment of assessments and certifications, and develop trainings that drive higher levels of capability.
• Coach and support functional leads regularly weekly/bi-weekly and monthly where required based on BI metrics and data with a tailored approach that strengthens usage and utilisation of global Manager coaching programs
• Work with internal stakeholders to build development programs that evidence value in approach and outcome. Write proposals and successively gain funding to support development where required within appropriate timeframes
• Take global frameworks such as Manager coaching programs and work with regional Leads and Colleagues to develop, implement and evaluate to achieve regional success aligned to the global model.
• Using data insight, drive personal and team growth striving for innovation and operational value in all activities.
