* Act as the Technical Product Champion and evangelist for our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
* Translate technical content into customer/benefits-led output for various materials (bids, brochures, user guides, etc.).
* Assist in defining go-to-market strategies, positioning products, and identifying target customers.
* Collaborate with Marketing to ensure up-to-date marketing and sales materials.

* Drive new products or services across multiple departments. Required Experience/Skills:
* Essential: Technical Product Management experience, knowledge of IP networking, and technology or communications experience.
* Strong project management skills and experience working with hardware suppliers.
* Proficient in Word/PowerPoint/Excel; excellent communication skills.
* Flexible, organized, and a good multitasker. Desirable:
