Debdale Specialist Care Limited is currently looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse for the position of Staff *Nurse*.

We are a specialist, nurse-led and therapy driven care home *offering hospital-equivalent levels of care from a Consultant Psychiatrist-led Multidisciplinary Team.*

Debdale Specialist Care Limited is an OUTSTANDING in ALL 5 key lines of enquiries CQC rated home. We are very proud of this unique and rare achievement and are looking for an innovative and inspiring Senior Staff Nurse to join our OUTSTANDING team.

We provide recovery-focused care to both male and female adults who have a primary mental health diagnosis. Through personalised support plans and detailed risk assessments, we enable individuals to think about, plan and achieve meaningful goals.

*Responsibilities of Staff Nurse (Mental Health / LD ):*
* Leading a team of RMN, RNLD and RGN Nurses and a skilled Rehabilitation Team to ensure positive Recovery Focused outcomes are achieved
* Working as a named nurse to allocated service users
* Working in collaborative manner within both the internal and external MDT forums
* Encouraging and supporting the training and development of the nursing and rehab team members
* Ensuring evidence based outcomes are maintained and achieved
* Having a flexible, positive and team orientated approach
* Having the desire and drive to progress professionally
* Acting as named Supervisor to an allocated group of staff
* To adhere to all infection control procedures and policies at all times
