Senior Sustainability Data Analyst

London or Manchester (Hybrid)

Our client, the UK’s leading real estate service provider, is expanding its business to focus explicitly on energy and sustainability. They are seeking a Senior Sustainability Data Analyst to join their team. This role will involve delivering industry-leading sustainability data and reporting services for the real estate sector, including system implementation and review, data collation and analysis, and the development of client-specific GHG emissions and sustainability reports, GRESB reporting, and other data-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver industry-leading sustainability data and reporting services for the real estate sector.
  • Implement and review systems, collate and analyze data, and develop client-specific GHG emissions and sustainability reports, GRESB reporting, and other data-related services.
  • Work with sustainability data analytics, software, and processes to improve client reports.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience within the Sustainability field.
  • Experience working with sustainability/ESG data, systems, and reporting.
  • Understanding of sustainability/ESG data, reporting, and key sustainability standards and frameworks.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to create complex formulas.
  • Technical knowledge of climate reporting standards and frameworks, such as GRESB, GHG Protocol, SECR, GRI, ISSB, and CDP.
