Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate cost estimates for construction projects. This will involve analysing plans, assessing cost-effectiveness, and liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure that cost estimates are robust and competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse project drawings and specifications to prepare a comprehensive cost analysis
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to gather pricing and bids
- Assess risk and factor in potential unforeseen costs into the budget
- Prepare and present detailed reports on the costings of projects
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure estimates align with project timelines and specifications

Skills & Experience Required:

- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in estimation software
