Research Associate in an Executive Search Firm

Brighton | Permanent | £25 - 30k

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research into target organisations and sectors to identify top executive-level talent.
  • Qualify potential candidates against agreed competencies and criteria for each project.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders during assignments.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Populate and maintain the company’s knowledge systems with accurate market, client, and candidate information.
  • Undertake thorough industry mapping.
  • Draft captivating advertisements and screen responses.
  • Cultivate relationships within the industry to expand the network and gather candidate referrals.

Requirements

  • A degree-level education.
  • Interest in complex, business-related topics.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and comfortably handle change and ambiguity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
