Experiencedanalysts with ESG knowledge and experience are needed to help identify a numberof challenges surrounding internal and external data and to support automation,data analysis, as well as data policy compliance, monitoring, and controls.


Role : ESG Analyst
Start Date : August 2023
End Date : initially 6 months project (scope toextend)
Rate : £480 – 540 per day (inside IR35)
Location : Hybrid role (Office is London based)

 
Responsibilities:

  • Data sourcing andrevaluation
  • Review and establishcontrols and assurance readiness
  • Supportingactivities to ensure financed emissions exposures are recorded and reportedaccurately
  • Evaluating data andproducing accurate reports
  • Assessing andsourcing data from multiple sources such as financial statements, ESG reports,and external data lists.
  • Summarising resultsand ensure clients use the data to follow ESG plans
  • Classify data tosupport industries future plans in relation to ESG procedures
  • Review data andresults to ensure accurate reporting
  • Use analytical tools, including Excel, Python and Tableau
  • Analyse climate, portfolio and counterparty relateddata to provide decision useful insights, including forward-lookinganalysis, to support business management and strategy
  • Lead project research
  • Provide insights, includingforward-looking analysis, to support business management and strategy
