Site based role with hybrid / WFH flexibility.

You’ll be a key member of the Product team, reporting to the Innovation Director, and shaping this new role to unlock the potential of the brand’s manufacturing capabilities, finding creative solutions that can really drive innovation.

You’ll collaborate with the rest of the innovation team as well as cross functionally with manufacturing and engineering teams to build a deep understanding of current equipment and production capabilities. Using this insight, you’ll be able to develop new processes that give rise to new / different products that align with the brand values and business ambition.
With the support of the product launch team, you will conduct trials to assess feasibility / scalability of new processes and recipes as well as supporting with the commissioning of new equipment. You’ll be an experienced R&D Process Engineer with a Degree or Masters in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field. Over your career you will have gained extensive food manufacturing knowledge across a number of different product sectors. You will know how to build an in-depth understanding of process capability and have implemented changes that have helped deliver new and differentiated products.
