The above partnerships are all activated across our key sales channels; Ecommerce, Auction, Private Sales, B2B and Retail.

In this role, you will support the Head of Licensing in executing a long-term licensing strategy for the business, building a sustainable licensing programme and driving revenue growth.
Coordinating relationships between all licensors and our Head Office in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for the program growth in conjunction with the in house sales and marketing teams on both ecommerce and B2B areas reporting into the Head of Licensing.

Success will be measured by the development and delivery of a strategic plan, quality of output, commercial success and the meeting of bespoke KPIs and analytics, as well as company performance.

Manage and nurture relationships with current licensors to ensure mutual commercial success and contractual compliance.
Work closely with senior leaders across sales & marketing, design, and finance to bring category-expanding opportunities to life.
Track, analyse, and report on licensing performance, providing actionable insights and forward-looking recommendations.
Work closely with internal teams to align on deal terms, contract details, and product innovation, ensuring that all departments are on the same page and fully supportive of new business initiatives.
In collaboration with the Digital Team produce a critical path to launch date for new licences, ensuring clarity on timings and deliverables from both sides.


Extensive experience in sales driven licensing within the sports, lifestyle, or consumer brand space.
A proven track record of managing complex, high-value licensing deals that drive brand equity and commercial success.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to influence senior internal and external decision-makers.
A strategic mindset combined with hands-on commercial acumen.
A creative eye for brand alignment and product opportunity.
A results-driven, agile approach, with the confidence to lead in ambiguity and pace.
