You will really enjoy being in the detail of cashflow and working capital and join us to provide support and analysis to understand the full 26 week outlook and deviations to forecast, as well as cash conversion drivers and metrics. You will take full ownership of developing CAPEX reporting and outlook and work with the Specialty Platform of the Ardonagh Group to improve our cash conversion. You will also be happy to provide wider support to the FP&A team during busy periods and take on more responsibility where available Key Role Accountabilities Ownership of current cashflow model Submission of weekly group cashflow update Weekly cashflow deck Development of trapped cash modelling and understanding Development of CAPEX reporting Development of KPIs and trend analysis on cash Development and evolution of working capital reporting Work with IBA to understand outlook and trends on cash collections Work with financial control to ensure cadence of payments is accurately forecasted Develop a forward outlook on bad debt provision Understanding of FX hedging reporting Build out of FX reporting and analysis Supporting the FP&A team on preparing annual budgets, quarterly re-forecasts and long-term planning Analysis to understand performance and communicate this effectively to others both in the division and the group Future proofing and development of automated solutions for reporting Ad hoc analysis & FP&A support Working collaboratively with the other members of the Specialty FP&A team Qualifications & Capabilities A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Minimum 2 years of experience within FP&A/Commercial Finance/Treasury, working with cashflow and working capital modelling Experience within the Insurance industry is helpful but not a prerequisite of the role Person Specification Ability to influence others and demonstrate confidence when dealing with senior stakeholders Highly ambitious with a growth mindset - You will be working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and agility is essential.
