We do this by empowering financial institutions to educate their customers using our innovative, gamified financial education technology. Role Description As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be pivotal in growing our key accounts, building strong client relationships, shaping educational products and ensuring our solutions not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of our banking clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of solutions to meet client needs. This is a full-time role located in Greater London with flexibility for some remote work. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with banking clients to determine and define the financial education content requirements.
  • Continuously evolve our financial education curriculum to pro-actively support client needs.
  • Identify and capitalise on upselling opportunities to enhance client engagement and revenue.
  • Work intimately with the product team to articulate client requirements, prioritise product feature requests, and drive client success initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials to bolster the sales team's efforts in achieving their targets.
  • Manage compliance with banking regulations, ensuring all products and strategies adhere to necessary legal standards.
  • Support the CEO with insights from client feedback to influence new product and sales strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, educational content development, and regulatory compliance.
