We are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to join the fantastic team at our Tarmac Readymix ‘RMX’ plant at Kings Cross in London. The plant is easily accessible via most major bus, tube and road networks and commutable from most areas within London and the surrounding areas to include the North, Northwest, West and Southwest of the capital.

The Multi Skilled Operative will work on the day-to-day operations driving mobile plant and other site duties, you will work with the team to the site plan, you will ensure that stocks are maintained and replenished in good time.

Your responsibilities as the Multi Skilled Operative will include (not exhaustive):

Working with other members of the team to ensure that customers get good quality material and on-time deliveries
Follow SHE policies and procedures
Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality responsibilities
Working to keep housekeeping around site to a high standardPrevious experience working in a RMX / Asphalt / Plant / Quarry / Industrial Manufacturing environment would prove highly beneficial; but this is not essential as training will be given to the right candidate

The role is a Days position, flexibility is key with overtime is available to meet with our site’s production needs
