OceanRed Partners are working with a leading Investment Bank who require a Trade Floor Support Engineer to join their Production Support team providing support to the Trading function across the EMEA region.
You must have worked in the Financial Services, Capital Markets or Trading space as you will be supporting the Front Office dealing with any 2nd or 3rd line support issues that arise.
You will be working as part of a close knit team in function on a cycling rota basis between the hours of 7 am – 6pm, which also includes an on-call rota aswell.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent and extensive skils in a production support and/or desktop support role
- Experience providing IT Support on a Trading floor
- Experience fixing core system infrastructure related to trading platforms
- Experience supporting Bloomberg and Reuters terminals
- Experience supporting third party platforms
- Experience setting-up new user desks, home set-ups, video conferencing etc.
You must also be customer-focussed and smart in appearance and presentation, aswell as process orientated with a problem-solving mindset.
