Tour Leader Manager for a quality driven company with fluent English and based in Glasgow

Flexible, creative, independent and highly organized.
Proven ability to motivate people while building relationships based on trust, accountability, and mutual respect
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the regions, and be able to spend time on the road
Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel.
Passionate for Tourism and People
Ability to travel for long periods and willingness to invest in longer work hours
Strong work ethic, time management
Proficiency in English is a must.

Hiring/Training/Scheduling/Coaching/Managing Tour Guides for products.
Creation of a strong team of high performing Tour Guides who exemplify the company’s culture, values and team spirit.
Lead Tour Guide meetings and trainings in office environment and on the road trip simulations
Develop individual training plans for newly hired Tour Guides
Manage all administrative duties while on the road and in office
Read all passenger quality reports and comments to develop coaching plans for Tour Guides
Typical office hours are 9am-5pm however during the demands of the operational season (Apr-Oct) time out with these hours may be required
