Head of UK & International Payroll - 6 month FTC - Milton Keynes - Hybrid basis
Responsible for leading a dedicated Payroll team ensuring the accuracy and the timely processing of the UK payroll and managing a third party payroll provider, to ensure the accurate and timely processing of international payrolls.
Strategically lead, motivate and manage a small payroll team
Preparation, review and approval of monthly payroll submissions in conjunction with the external payroll provider, ensuring the accurate processing to local in-country legislation.
Ensure service levels are met whilst maintaining strong relationships and an accurate payroll function.
Ensure Payroll Compliance at all times for the UK and work with third parties to ensure the same is delivered for International payrolls
Collaborate with key stakeholders in relation to the continuous improvement of the function, to ensure they strive to deliver the best possible Payroll service both in the UK and internationally.
Experience in Workday Payroll would be desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience of liaising with and influencing senior stakeholders
