The Role
As a Product Demonstrator, you will play a crucial role in showcasing the value and capabilities of Hospital Directs Patient Handling products to potential clients in the Community or the Acute Sector.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations, ensuring prospective clients understand the full range of features and benefits of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Customise demos to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and target potential clients.
- Provide detailed follow-ups and support to prospects post-demo.
- Gather feedback from demos to inform product development and improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to effectively position Hospital Direct’s solutions.
- Assist in the creation of demo scripts and materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a product demo or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to understand and convey complex patient needs in a clear and engaging manner.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with the Health Industry and its specific requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel as required for on-site demos and client meetings.
- Competent using standard Microsoft packages to intermediate level.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Exhibit a positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Up to date knowledge of all products and services.
- Ability to deal with customer enquiries by telephone, face to face and email etc.
