Have you ever worked in the fast-paced logistics environment? Maybe you have experience in transport, but want a new challenge where you can further develop your skills and knowledge?

We are looking for a full-time, permanent  Transport Administrator to join our team in Blyth ,  Worksop working in partnership with our customer  B&Q at their distribution centre. 

You will be working on rotating shift pattern of 'Any 5 from 7' with the hours of 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 .

What you will do on a typical day:

  • Manage all aspects of transport clerical duties for the site
  • Be part of a team that is responsible for vehicle administration
  • Manage customer service both internally and externally
  • Support the transport operation in compliance to company processes

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Understanding of Tachograph compliance and Working Time Directives
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge
