Office & Finance Coordinator
Hays are recruiting exclusively for an Office & Finance Coordinator. This role is an office based in Manchester City centre and is maternity cover for 12- 15 months. As the business is growing, there may be an opportunity, performance and business needs dependent to go permanent.
You will be responsible for general office coordination duties, you will assist the finance manager with finance and office management processes. You will pull all data together, process invoices, update the system, process PO numbers, bank payments and transfers, support with bank reconciliations, support with the purchase ledger, process expenses, administer timesheet's, support with projects, update payment details, create sales invoices, diary management, travel coordination, monitor the holiday calendar, manage events and any other duties required.
You will have previous experience in a similar role, you will be technically strong with excellent attention to detail, you will have an interest in finance, you will have strong communication skills, strong organisational skills, you will be immediately available and able to start work at short notice.
5 hours per week, modern central Manchester offices.
