The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and exceeding set sales targets every month.
  • Offering an exceptional experience to every client in accordance with Browns standards.
  • Involved in the hiring, training process as well as the assessment of store employee's productivity and performance.
  • Oversee stock and store operations in accordance with the Browns standards.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' store management experience, ideally within the luxury retail industry.
  • Experience in Luxury Jewellery sales advantageous.
  • Customer centric with a positive attitude
  • Driven & career orientated.
  • Exceptional communicator.
  • Great Inter-personal skills.
  • NB: Able to work retail hours, which entails working the mall hours, weekend work and public holidays.

Remuneration

  • Competitive basic salary plus commission on sales.
