This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).
Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club, located in Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge, is looking for a Club Coordinator to join the team.
About Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club
Located in the heart of the City of London, Ten Trinity Square Private Club represents a unique partnership between Reignwood Group, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Château Latour; As Club Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our Members, delivering a warm welcome and consistently exceptional service. Support the planning and execution of Club events
Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or private members club environment
Confident using Microsoft Office and Club management systems
This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour contract, worked across five 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.
The Club operates from 7am to 11pm, Monday to Friday, and is closed on bank holidays. Flexibility to work early mornings and late evenings is essential.
35,000 package which includes hotel service charge, and salary
~40 hour working week
