Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Team Supervisor based in Manchester, with the flexibility to work from home on certain occasions. The Legal Team Supervisor will provide guidance and oversight to a team such as FCA regulated claim processes and submissions, ensuring high-quality delivery of legal services, particularly in respect of pcp claims and wills and probate. Responsibilities include advising on legal matters, overseeing the preparation of legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and managing legal affairs effectively to meet organisational goals. A key part of this role involves supervising and supporting SQE trainees through their development. Somebody that can take genuine initiative and problem solve on the fly will flourish in this role. This is a strong, lively team that will develop brilliantly with an intuitive and open minded manager. Qualifications Qualified solicitor in England and Wales - ideally 2+ pqe Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Compliance Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Proven ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple priorities Previous supervisory or management experience in a legal setting is preferred
