As our Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will utilize your Salesforce expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills and collaboration abilities to elicit, capture, design, deliver and incubate successful solutions in our Salesforce ecosystem

Qualifications and Training
Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant/Functional Consultant/BA.
Salesforce Certifications highly regarded.
Applied experience particularly with Service Cloud implementations with Integrations ideal.
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, configuration, data modelling, UI & process design.
Proven ability to work in a complex Salesforce environment, utilising problem solving skills to determine best fit solutions


Translation of business needs into Salesforce solutions & necessary data mapping, collaborating with required technical teams & business units as needed
Customization, configuration or data manipulation of Salesforce functionalities
Involvement in UAT, feature/sprint reviews and provide support in the adoption of new solutions
Uphold & recommend Salesforce best practices
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting & follow through of issues until resolution
Proactively recommend new features, improvements & upgrades to optimise our Implementation
