PSR Solutions is absolutely delighted to be collaborating with one of the UK's largest independent children's care providers, who are currently on the lookout for a dedicated Children's Residential Deputy Manager in Tadworth, London.

You'll be part of a wonderful team that supports children and young people in assessing and healing complex trauma.

Are you looking for a role that has clear pathways into management? Do you want to make a lasting difference to the lives of children and young people? - Imagine being a significant, long-lasting influence in a child's life - a beacon of hope and stability.

Have your NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
Have at least 2 year's experiences within Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.
Be 22 years old or above to apply as per children's homes regulations.
Have a valid driving licence and access to a car.We used structured pay grades, so salary is based on your training and experience so that you are always paid fairly.
Earn up to £3,250 by recommending a foster carer or up to £1,000 by recommending a full-time staff member.
Receive a £100 bonus for achieving a 'Good' Ofsted outcome for the home and a £200 bonus for achieving 'Outstanding'.
