Additionally, you will efficiently manage a team of vehicle and body shop technicians to achieve maximum productivity and revenue.
Planning and Budgeting:

Allocate and monitor budgets for repairs and bodywork, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to quality standards.
~ Workshop and Body Shop Management:

Supervise daily operations of the workshop and body shop, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage and motivate a team of vehicle technicians and body shop technicians, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
~ Provide support and guidance to customers regarding vehicle concerns, repairs, and warranty claims.

Reporting and Analysis:

Experience in digital merchandising and marketing for used vehicles.
