Logistics Supervisor Job Type: Permanent
This highly successful market leading Engineering company have a brand-new position for a Logistics Supervisor based in Birmingham. As a Logistics Supervisor you will be responsible for delivering excellent service through an efficient and cost-effective logistics department.
Investigate, analyse and implement corrective actions to resolve all manner of logistic problems such as inefficient supply and distribution routes, quality of service and customer losses
Set KPIs, develop and work to functional budgets with Logistics Manager
Take charge of the department's staff, overseeing their schedules, leaves, disciplinary, Health and Safety Training, driver assessments etc.
Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm
