We are dedicated to enhancing the operations of fleets worldwide and building the world's best management platform for the electrification of large commercial vehicles - buses and trucks. At GoMetro, we understand the power of digital transformation in driving efficiency, reducing costs, and delivering a seamless mobility experience. We’re looking for a Product Owner to help drive the development and enhancement of our innovative fleet management solutions. You will join a small, highly skilled development team of ex-AWS engineers, to help define and communicate the product vision, manage and prioritise the backlog, gather and analyse customer feedback, and engineer processes to shorten feedback loops and enhance customer focus.
Proven Experience : Minimum of 5 years as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the software development industry. Experience in fleet management or transportation sectors is a bonus.
Mindset : You will have experience of driving a culture of customer-focused product development, with a focus on customer relationships and validation of ideas through experiments and customer feedback loops. Understanding of modern software development practices, Agile, Lean and DevOps and their principles and cultural factors.
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyse complex data sets to drive decision-making and inform product designs.
Innovation and Vision : Strong strategic thinking and the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to enhance mobility and fleet management.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are focused on delivering maximum value.
Collaborate closely with a highly skilled development team of ex-AWS engineers, translating complex technical requirements into actionable tasks.
Utilize your deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles to foster a culture of customer-focused product development and innovation.
