Specsavers in Kingswood, Bristol are looking for a highly skilled and personable Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser to become their new Hearcare Partner. The Opportunity:
- On target earnings of £80k in the first year. What could year 2 and beyond look like?
- 50% shareholding
- Up to £45k basic salary (plus holiday, private medical insurance and much more)
- You’ll be working with top of range equipment, plus the latest hearing aids on the market
- As part of your network, you’ll be servicing Kingswood, Emmerson’s Green and Fishponds
- The chance to be your own boss, grow your team and have the ongoing support of experienced Optics/Retail partners
- Additional support is on hand from our first-class support office teams including Marketing, Finance, HR, Technology and Product (to name but a few) to support you every step of the way.
Specsavers in Kingswood first opened its doors as an optical business in 1995 before adding Audiology more recently. The store sits in a prominent position in a retail centre, and is firmly embedded within the local community. The loyal and growing customer base includes many local patients in addition to significant passing trade from all walks of life.
Requirements of the role
Alongside being a qualified and HCPC registered Audiologist with the drive, passion and willingness to maintain the customer-focused culture and the high standards of this successful store. As the new Audiology Partner, you’ll be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You’ll be able to build a rapport with the existing team, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess an ability to build strong relationships within the local community.
